corporate affairs for both domestic and international clients. Renowned for his strategic

representing multinational reinsurers in major aviation disputes and handling matters

legal matters, including high-profile cases related to the MH370 disappearance and MH17
incident in Ukrainian airspace.

Before co-founding ST&T, Arin served as legal counsel at the Indonesian Bank
Restructuring Agency (IBRA/BPPN), where he was involved in numerous high-impact
restructuring schemes and transactions with major corporate groups that significantly
shaped Indonesia’s business environment. He later joined PT Chandra Asri, Southeast Asia’s
largest petrochemical company, as in-house legal counsel, and subsequently practiced at
Lubis, Santosa & Maulana Law Offices.
Arin graduated from Universitas Padjadjaran and has handled a wide spectrum of legal
matters ranging from high-stakes corporate and commercial litigation to administrative
disputes and bankruptcy cases. His expertise spans general corporate advisory, corporate
restructuring, labor law, asset divestment, company establishment and governance,
